PROJECT: CISCO EXPERIENCE CENTER DESIGN CONCEPT
Searching for an innovative way to communicate vertical market
solutions within a corporate demonstration setting, Cisco
Systems looked to Marketecture for creative inspiration.
Through an intensive process of interviews, working sessions
and study, we designed a concept for a one-of-a-kind immersive
brand experience - the Cisco eXperience Center.
Combining the best elements of social exchange, demonstration,
and targeted marketing with the dramatic element of a vertically
aligned presentation "ride", the CXC concept proposed
the promise of customer-focused marketing presentation within
an immersive, Cisco branded framework. Customers would move through
a series of presentation venues that enhanced and built upon
the story.
The dramatic Cisco Way would complete the journey. To be staged much
like a Broadway production, this demonstration set would utilize
mobile "revolve" stages, theatrical props, and leading edge
display technologies to engage the participant in the desired
vertical market setting. A hospital setting in the morning
could be instantly transformed to a bank for the next customer
group.
The
CXC would also contain a full-featured executive briefing center
complete with meeting rooms, dining and voice/email stations.
Marketecture provided a complete set of conceptual consulting and design
services to envision a next generation BrandSpace for Cisco
Systems.
